Information

     Initial pinch rolls with manual forming and pinching.  Easy adjustments control the forming and pinch rolls.  The top roll slides out easily toward the operator to remove formed parts.  Rolls are precision ground and have 3 wire grooves.

* Capacity is for rolling mild steel, full length, one pass, at a diameter 2 1/2 times the top roller diameter.  Thicker material can be rolled at larger diameters and shorter lengths.
